As this is posted, the Reform Party has two factions fighting for control, Buchanan/Foster and Hagelin/ Goldhaber. The latest federal court decision was that the issue would need to be decided on a state-to-state basis. It looks like some states will allow Buchanan/Foster to represent the Reform party on the ballot, and other states will allow Hagelin/ Goldhaber to do so. Likely the losing faction on each state will register under a different party name.
